ACFV Tech Solutions FZ-LLC is the official commercial operator of Deepcharts. Payments are processed through Merchants of Record including Paddle and Whop. These entities issue invoices, manage billing, and handle refunds.

The software commercialized under the “Deepcharts” name is developed and owned in source code by Volumetrica Trading S.R.L., which retains full intellectual property rights. Refunds are issued by Paddle or Whop based on their respective policies. Refunds may be considered within 14 days if only introductory or minimal content was accessed. Accessing advanced or high-value content voids refund eligibility. Verified technical or billing issues may qualify for refunds.
