Overview

If your charts show incorrect prices, gaps, or stop updating, deleting market data from inside the DeepCharts application allows the platform to re-download fresh data automatically.

This is the recommended first method before manually deleting data folders.

When to Use This Method

• Price chart is not updating

• Gaps or incorrect prices appear

• Feed is connected but chart is frozen

• Minor data corruption issues

Steps to Delete Data from DeepCharts

1. Close all charts and workspaces

2. Disconnect all data feeds

3. From the main menu, go to:

   

4. Click Select Symbol

5. Choose the symbol you want to delete data for

6. Select 2–3 days prior to today and select the symbol

   

7. 
   

   

   Click Delete

What Happens Next?

• Reopen the chart

• DeepCharts will automatically download fresh data

• The chart should update normally

Notes

• This method does not delete your entire database

• Safe to use regularly
