Download Deepcharts

1. Login with email and password to your Deepcharts Personal Area at my.deepcharts.com

2. Download the DeepchartsInstaller.zip

3. Extract the file DeepchartsInstaller.zip                    
   
   

DeepCharts Installer

⚠️ Important: Before starting the installation process, please ensure you have completed the following requirements.

1. Make sure you have deactivated your Antivirus before starting Deepcharts installation

2. Make sure you have the minimum system requirements for proper use of the platform

3. Open and launch the file DeepchartsInstaller.exe

4. Accept the terms and conditions of installation

5. Click on Install

6. If necessary, reboot the PC when the installation is finished 

First Configuration

1. Open DeepCharts (a shortcut will be created on your PC's Desktop)

2. Insert the following information:

   • E-mail: The email address with which you are registered to my.deepcharts.com

   • License Key: The alphanumeric code found in your account on my.deepcharts.com 

     

     Create Your First Connection

     Enter your Data Feed credentials, provided by your broker, prop firm, or data provider. Then select the markets to associate with your connection.

     Configuration Fields:

     • Connection Name: A name for your data feed connection

     • Data Source: Select your data feed 

     • Username: Your data provider username

     • Password: Your data provider password 

     

  Connect Data Feed & Open Your First Chart

1. Now connect the Data Feed by Clicking Save

2. Wait for the connection indicator to turn green, confirming successful connection

3. Open your first Chart by clicking New Chart or New Graph

✓ Ready to Trade: You are now ready to start using DeepCharts Desktop!
