Overview

This error occurs when the market data feed is not activated for your trading account. Specifically, the data provider (DXFeed) requires users to sign the Market Data Agreement before access is granted.
Until this agreement is completed, DeepChart will not be able to establish a connection to the data feed.
Cause
The most common reason for this error is that the Market Data Agreement has not been signed for your account.
This usually happens when:
The account is newly created
Market data has not yet been activated
The account is not registered as a Non-Professional user
Solution: Sign the Market Data Agreement
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Identify the firm or prop firm from which you purchased or received your trading account
(e.g., MyFundedFutures or another provider)Contact their support team or dashboard and ask specifically:
“How can I sign the Market Data Agreement (Non-Professional) for my DXFeed data?”
Complete the Market Data Agreement as instructed by the firm
Ensure you select Non-Professional status (if applicable)
Submit and confirm the agreement
Wait for confirmation that market data has been activated
(This may take a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the firm)Restart DeepChart and reconnect to the data feed
Important Notes
This is not a DeepChart software issue
Market data access is controlled by the data provider and your trading firm
Without signing the agreement, the data feed will remain blocked
Prevention Tips
Always complete market data agreements immediately after account creation
Double-check your Non-Professional status
Activate market data before launching DeepChart for the first time
