Overview

This error occurs when a user attempts to connect a Rithmic data feed or trading account without signing the required Market Data Agreement.
Rithmic requires all users to log in through R | Trader or R | Trader Pro at least once to accept the market data agreements before third-party platforms like DeepChart can connect.
Cause
Market Data Agreement has not been signed
User has never logged in to R | Trader / R | Trader Pro
Agreement acceptance is mandatory before data access is allowed
This is a Rithmic compliance requirement, not a DeepChart issue.
Solution 1: Sign Agreement via Rithmic Website (Recommended)
Steps
Open the Rithmic signup page:
Log in using your Rithmic username and password
Review and sign the Market Data Agreement
Select Non-Professional if applicable
Save and confirm the agreement
Restart DeepChart and reconnect the data feed
✅ In most cases, this resolves the issue immediately.
Solution 2: Sign Agreement Using R | Trader Pro
Use this method if you cannot log in to the Rithmic website.
Steps
Download R | Trader Pro:
Install the application on your PC
Launch R | Trader Pro
Log in using your Rithmic username and password
When prompted, sign the Market Data Agreement
Close R | Trader Pro (or keep it running)
Open DeepChart and reconnect the data feed
Final Notes
Agreements must be signed before connecting via DeepChart
Select Non-Professional status if applicable
This step is required only once per account
