Overview

This error occurs when DeepChart is unable to load the DXFeed DLL file, which is required for the data feed to function properly.

The most common cause is that Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is missing or outdated on your Windows system. DXFeed requires the latest supported Visual C++ runtime to operate correctly.

Cause

• Required Visual C++ Redistributable packages are not installed

• Installed Visual C++ version is outdated or corrupted

• DXFeed cannot load DXFeed_64.dll without the correct runtime libraries

This is a system dependency issue, not a DeepChart software bug.

Solution: Install Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

Step 1: Close DeepChart

Make sure DeepChart is completely closed before proceeding.

Step 2: Download Visual C++ Redistributable

Download and install the latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable based on your system architecture.

If you are not sure which processor you have, install both X86 and X64 versions.

Step 3: Install the Packages

1. Run the downloaded installer(s)

2. Complete the installation

3. Restart your computer (recommended)

Step 4: Restart DeepChart

1. Open DeepChart

2. Connect to the data feed again

✅ The error should now be resolved, and the connection should succeed.

Important Notes

• Installing both X86 and X64 versions is safe and recommended if unsure

• Visual C++ Redistributables are required by many trading platforms

• This issue does not require reinstalling DeepChart
